Plain-English licence terms for themes sold by EmDash Themes Studio. Free community themes keep their own open-source licence.
Single site licence
Use the theme on one website, for yourself or for one client. You can change it as much as you like.
Agency licence
Use the theme on as many client websites as you build. Each site can be for a different business.
Both licences include
- 12 months of theme updates
- Commercial use
- Changes to the code and design
You cannot
- Resell or give away the theme itself, changed or unchanged, as a theme or template
- Share your licence key or download link
Community themes
Free themes listed here belong to their authors. Each one shows its licence (for example MIT or GPL). Follow that licence, not this one.
