If a paid theme does not work as described, you get your money back.
Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the theme does not install or does not work as described, and we cannot fix it.
Email support with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days.
Free community themes are not sold by us. Contact their authors for help.
